How do I fix this printer?

I bought my Dell 964 ink cartridge remanufacturats all in one printer. If you are replacing – Printer not reading, that there is a new cartridge (black spaces in the United States), but should instead. Is there any way to do this or should not buy Dell ink? Thanks!
