Refilled Ink Cartridges Not Working

I need help with printer ink cartridges, 10 points for best answer?!

So they just fill the cartridges in my Canon Pixma MP190 You PG-30 and CL-31. I have tried to install but tells me that the printer does not recognize the colors. I was told to turn off the printer and computer off, unplug everything, remove the paint, wait minute and start again. I did this whole process, but it still seems the message that the printer does not recognize the colors and I have no other choice than to cancel the print job. Does this mean that you must always use a new cartridge or a good printer? please someone help me with this work, I thank you very much! thanks nooshin

Printer cartridges should be fine ink remanufactured or download. I think the problem may be that they belong to. Some Recarregadors take the time to clean, fill out and return the the cartridges correctly. I will try to return and try to assume the second spot.
