Refill Ink Cartridges Walgreens

I’m having a printer ink cartridge filled at Walgreens. The cartridge is not quite empty. Is it OK to refill

printer has smart chip for detecting the ink level of the cartridge used, so if u have expensive printer of HP, then i suggest u to not refill cartidge, otherwise ur printer will stop printing with error of “ink system failure” ,,, but if u have cheap printer then u can refill cartridge, even printer detect ink level “0″ it will keep printing ………..
