ASAP!! magenta printer ink!?!?!?!?!?

have just refilled my colour printer cartridge as the blue was printing out pink….. now that im back home, im trying to print and no magenta is being detected….
do you think there’s a chance she forgot to fill the compartment, or would it be more likely that a nozzle or something is blocked in which case how can i fix it? have tried cleaning the cartridges and that hasnt worked, still doesnt come up. i need answers as soon as possible, have a deadline on monday, need to print loads of stuff out and don’t know if i can get another cartridge as shops shut now and tomorrow is sunday so ulikely to be open

Most likely the cartridge is “chipped” and the printer KNOWS what was left in it
If they simply put more ink in it, it does NOT reset this counter, ink cartridge shows as empty.

Go back to whoever filled it and complain
