Printer rejecting refilled ink cartridges?
Printer: HP Deskjet 5440
Computer: HP Mini
Ink cartridges the correct number and kind for the printer, refilled by Phoenix Ink
- A pop up had come up stating that the cartridges were already used and I have a feeling that I accidently pressed cancel for the black ink, and now that one doesn’t work. How do I change that setting. I’ve already tried taking the cartridges out and reinserting them
You may want to disable or uninstall the HP ink monitoring software…..
