Problems with the ink cartridge refill?

Nukote color inkjet refill kit I bought my HP printer. I have already filled in the cartridge before and worked fine, I tried again and add the printer now prints only in black and yellow. I try to print photos, and that does not print the correct color. Do you know what could have caused this problem? how can I fix it? PLEASE HELP …. THANKS
