Lexmark X5495 printer ink cartridges do not accept the original?

Hi, I just bought a new cartridge in the world today, to replace the old PCs, my printer and ink are not familiar with cattle, the cards are printed in black ink. Any idea what could be the problem and how to fix it? They are right because it was my printer model package. Thanks guys:)
