What are the manufacturers to print a consumer?

Some printer manufacturers ink cartridges, which are closed. Many of the color of their very high price, and then attacked by the ink manufacturer's parts. Do you know any manufacturer who is reasonably priced ink, which is consumer friendly and not attack the allegations of unfair competition? In addition to the specific recommendation of the printer (for printing color graphics, text documents, some – no pictures) is great. Must be compatible with Windows Vista and USB. I personally recommend the new Canon printer. If you are browsing through them, radiant in black ink, cyan, magenta and yellow ink. Thus, if the color is low, then it should not replace the whole color cartridge like other brands / models.
