Can Family members of these Musical Artest stop Me from Selling My Art world wide on the Web or on e-bay?

I Drew all of these Drawings from Photos out of books, I still have all of these Drawings (not for sale) What I do right now ,is SELL (ink jet prints) of My Own Art, But the Photos come from other places,is this where my problems start???? what about public domain????
