Printer will scan but won’t print…?
I’ve just gotten a new Lexmark 2600 printer/scanner/copier and it is allowing me to sca stuff but won’t let me print.
It keeps making me print out a test sheet to ‘align the ink cartridges’…i’ve done it about 5 times now and it’s said it’s complete but then when i come to print something it makes me print the tester sheet again…help!
1 Re-install driver. If this does not solve the problem
2 Take it back. Demand a replacement (Get an HP) If it is new you have 28 days to take it back as defective/faulty. In that time the retailer must replace it, That’s the Law.
