Can’t get ink cartridges to print, please help!!?

I have a epson stylus cx3600 printer, I have replaced ink cartridges which are not genuine. I can’t get anything to print. I have tried to print tester pages and clicked to clean nozzle but paper is still blank. Any advice on how I can get it working

Were they chipped cartridges? If not then they will not work. Epson printers do not work without chipped cartridges so if you buy none chipped ones you have to transfer the chip from the original ones and reset the chip which can only be done via a chip re-setter, which is a little gadget that can be bought. Where you bought the cartridges from should have informed you that you need to transfer and reset the chips if they did not come with fully primmed chip already.
