Ink Cartridges Hp 93

Which HP or other printer is economical for printing color graphics?
I am now using cartridges 92 93 and it is very expensive to print anything in color. I heard Kodac has a new printer that is economical in ink cost per page. I am use to using HP though. Any models that are really good for printing allot of pages in color. I still would like to use original inks. I heard that the larger ink cartridges are more economical. Thanks
If you do not want to get into the expense of a laser printer, I recommend the Epson printers. Epson just came out with a new printer that is a small home/office printer. There are actually two that I would recommend to you, for different reasons.
The first is the Workforce 40. This printer uses 4 individual ink cartridges, llike the before mentioned HP, but you have two different ink cartridges sizes available for color and 3 for black. The most important thing about this printer, for your use, is that the ink is pigment, not dye. Pigment ink is waterproof on plain paper, so whatever you print will be waterproof and last up to 6 times longer than dye ink. When dye ink gets wet, it runs and turns into something unrecognizable. It is WiFi and Ethernet, for wireless printing and networking. Retails for $129.99
Second is the Workforce 600 is eveything that the Workforce 40 is but adds copy/scan/fax. Retails for $199.99. If you do not need the WiFi and Ethernet, but want the copy/scan/fax features you can get the Workforce 500, retail value $129.99, but this only has the moderate and high yield ink cartridges availavle.
These printers are also great for graphics and photos, because they use a MicroPiezo printhead. What this means to you is that you are getting a precisely measured ink droplet without the overspray caused by the thermal printheads. You also are getting three precise ink droplet sizes, 3,4 and 5 picoliters. Considering the human red blood cell is 3 picoliters, that is small. I strongly recommend these printers for what type of you are doing.
If there is one key thing I can get you to change your mind about. It is the Kodak printer. Yes, they do have less expensive ink costs and that is because they are pytting 5 colors in one ink cartridge, so you are really only getting2-3ml of ink for each color and when you run out of a color you are tossing the other colors as well. You will be constantly replacing the ink cartridges and you WILL NOT have the same print quality as you get with a Epson or HP.
