HP Printer problem?
I have an HP deskjet 2575 and since I’ve had it almost a year now, every time it isn’t used long enough for the ink to dry It refuses to acknowledge it has yellow.The only way to kick start the yellow is to do a cleaning, and of course that means wasted ink (trying other cartridges,and wasted paper
I finally ended up sending it back to HP and they sent it back saying the problem reported could not be duplicated and suggested I try a new cartridge, do they really think I only used one in a year? And they want 25.00 for the shipping, I have done every printer assistant, Hp, and online troubleshoot to no avail. any ideas?
I actually find low end Canon ink printers to be better than HP’s low end models. If you decide to get a new printer look at the Canon Pixma line.
