Installing new ink cartridges on my Dell AIO 922 printer but says I’m out of ink still?
I recently purchased color and black ink cartridges for my Dell AIO 922 printer. They are remanufactured cartridges from Quill office supplies. When i installed them it still comes up with an error telling me im out of ink. Is there a way to reset my ink levels on the computer or on my printer? Thanks!
There were covers on the ink cartridges but no film to remove. There is not an ink button on the printer or under menu options. I haven’t used remanufactured ones before, just refills from Walgreens and i had the same problem.
Go into control panel and click on printers and faxes and when the printers come up right click on your printer and select printing preferences . See if there is anywhere that says something about installing new cartridges. Some printers you have to tell the printer you put in new cartridges to recognize them.
