Why can’t I connect with Lexmark Printers web-site?
I have a problem with a new Lexmark coloured ink cartridge. I have carried out all the instructions as they detail but still no good so have tried to make contact with them direct but even trying through another web-site giving details on Lexmark I am not able to contact them, Any ideas please HELP !!!!!!!!!!!

If you’re trying to do the ‘live’ support, it seems there is a problem with it — I’ve tried as well, and it keeps taking me back a page to where the phone number and email address are listed.
Since it’s not working, try calling them or emailing them – and off and on throughout the day, just keep trying the ‘live’ support…
