Dell Printer Problem?
I have Dell AIO A940. My first problem was it wouldnt print black so I got a new black cartridge and a colour cartridge. Black works fine now…but now the colour will only print yellow. So I put in the new colour cartridge…the printer doesnt recognize that it is there, but when you print it will print yellow. I also tried re-installing the printer program, and I cleaned everything that comes in contact with ink. Still nothing has fixed it, anyone got any clues as to whats wrong?
try taking out the colour cart and setting it in a dish shallowly filled with hot water (ink ports in the water) for about a minute. then gently dry off the cart, re-insert and try to print again.
if this doesn’t do the trick…
i don’t know if dell will do returns. if you got it somewhere else and it won’t work still, see if they’ll take a return or exchange it for another.
