Ink Cartridges Dell 924 Printer

I have a Dell 924 all in one printer. I have a paper feed problem. What can I do to resolve this?
All the mechanisms seem to be fine, but the paper only feeds to the initial 1st page position to begin printing, then gets stuck (stops after feeding about 4 inches of paper only) while the printer itself seems to keep running as if its feeding properly. ???
I tried to alternate the amount of paper in the feed tray, even used one sheet at a time, but to no avail. This problem began when I changed an ink cartridge.

Doncha just hate it when things don’t work the way they’re suppose to? Don’t know if this will be much help but I had a similar paper feed problem with my Lexmark. Had nothing to do with recently changing the ink cartridge, though. But here’s what I’d suggest.
1. Remove, then reinstall all cartridges, not just the one you recently replaced.
2. Try using some Q-Tips and isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) to clean the rollers. (This is an acceptable method and won’t void any warranties.)
3. If still under warranty, try this Dell support link:

4. If still no success, try contacting Dell tech support by phone, email or live chat:
