HP DeskJet 3920 does not print even a test page. Why?
My HP DeskJet 3920 black ink cartrdge was refilled and even after that it is indicated that the black ink cartridge is low on ink. Other thing is printer status is indicated as ‘no toner’ in the Printers and Faxes window. I can’t even print a test page. I tried many times reinstalling the software and fitting the cartridge in the craddlle so many times. At last I took the printer to the place where I got it refilled. Alas.. printer is working there. But when I brought it home and try with my home computer it says ‘No Toner’ and keeps on not printing. Paper just passes out without printing anything. I don’t know what is wrong. Please can anyone help me to troubleshoot?
Let me tell you that HP does not recommand refilled cartrdiges which would also effect the printer…
