what is the problem with my HP Color Laserjet 2600n?

i have this HP Color Laserjet 2600n, and the black ink will not print out. Initially after set up, I ran a print test page and the black ink printed, but every other page has not printed the black ink. I replaced the expensive aXX cartridge and no better results. I need some help to get an idea of what the problem could be. I bought the printer on ebay and don’t have a warranty, but i’m looking at taking it to BestBuy tech service for a diagnostic test and possibly repair. I just want to be smart when i go in there. HELP!!!!

You won’t go to far with the Best Buy tech, I used to call there just to mess with them, I would ask the easiest questions and no one can answer them, it was funny, but anyway, the toner cartridge did you take the cartridge at both ends and roll it back and forth ? before you put it in, I would also delete the drivers and reinstall them again, and if you go to the HP{ web site look for a driver update, if you need more help e mail me I can get further into the troubleshoot, hope this helped and good luck.
