Printer won’t print?
I have a hp Deskjet 5150 and am using it on windows vista. im not sure if it could have some compatibility issues.
The ink light keep flashing but both cartridges are full. it wont print anything. what can i do?
Three steps….
1) uninstall, re-install the software provided by HP, and ensure it is vista compatable
2) Clean out the printer head areas of the printer cartridges and all areas where there are contacts with some rubbing alchohol on a cotton swab or some paper towel
3) still doesn’t work, call HP tech support
