Where can I find these HP 02 Compatible cartridges again?

About a year ago I bought some HP 02 compatible cartridges. These are not OEM. They are refillable and have a removable smart chip that can be reset and then replaced onto the cartridge. I just love these thinks and want to get some more for a friend. I now can’t find them anywhere. Also, they came with 9.5ml of ink which is way more than the original equipment manufacturer (HP).

You can forget about refillables and compatibles with HP. HP recently sued several manufacturers and only available option is remanufactured cartridges:
