who sells generic replacement cartridges for ink-jet printers in Vancouver BC?
I have an Epson NX400 and need the black replaced. Apparently, you can’t refill these because there is a chip inside that stops it from working if it’s refilled. I just want to buy a cheap cartridge.

I do not know of anywhere in Vancouver BC, but there are several online sets where you can get cheap injet refills.
