US purchased EPSON printer in japan. Can’t find which ink to buy for R300 in Japan. Please help!?

I relocated to Japan. Brought my printer: EPSON R300. Now I need to buy unk cartrideges, but models here do not correspond to the US models. I found cartridges that look identical to the ones used in the US – but there are a few of these cartridges with dif. names & numbers. Don’t know which ones are right for the EPSON R300, also don’t know which model # or name was given in Japan to the R300.

Unfortunately, you can’t get the correct ink cartridges in Japan. There is completely no compatibility of EPSON printers.

Ask someone in US to purchase and forward it to Japan.
