Can I buy Epson Stylus CX4700 ink cartridges in Canada?
I bought this 3-in-one printer/copier/scanner in Asia and I was thinking of bringing it home with me to Canada b/c they’re really expensive there. But I don’t want to risk the trouble of sending it if the ink won’t be readily available. I’ve looked at a few websites and it seems like it might be difficult to find (easy to find ink for CX4600 or CX4800, but not so much the CX4700, which makes me wonder if that model is going obsolete or something). Anyone have any input?

It is difficult finding cartridges for foreign models in North America. You are better off getting whatever you can for the printer and buying a new one in Canada. You can get a new Epson for about $50 these days. If you get one which uses T069, T078 or T098 cartridges, you can triple capacity cartridges for under $3 at http://www.ccs-digital.com If you get one of the newer printers which use the new T0125 cartridges, you will have to wait a while until the compatible manufacturers come out with cartridges.
