Epson Ink Cartridges 69 Color

i changed the ink in my printer and now it says ink cartidges cannot be reconized plz help?

i bought ink in a color 3 pack since i only needed the color ink. when i replaced it my printer say that the ink cartridges can not be recognized. when i buy one cartridge it is epson 69 but since i bought all the colors it is epson 125 at least that is what the people in office depot gave me when i told them what type of printer i have. did they give me the right ink or is their some other type of problem? this is the first time i changed the ink.
