I need help with my dell all in one printer?
I have a dell all in one printer and I had my ink cartridges refilled but now the printer still says I have none and will only print in black need help with settings PLEASE
I figured it out I had to uninstall then reinstall driver and it still says empty but now prints with color you just have to hit continue anyway and its fine thx to all
dell printers do not have ‘chips’ in the way other cartridges and printers do. if this is a newer dell (bought within a year), there is no known way to reset the ink counter.
if your colour is not working, the cartridge is bad. see if the store you got it refilled at will take it as a return. if the black is working, it is fine. you will need to keep an eye on your printing, and as soon as it starts to fade, streak, or become discoloured, you will want to refill or replace it again.
