Printer is not working…?
i have a dell printer (V305 verison)
it cannot print out colored lettering or anything of the like. i have recently installed a new color ink cartridge so i know that having low ink is not the problem.
the black ink is working fine.
can someone please help me find a solution? x.x this is very frustrating …
You might want to calibrate the ink. When you put the new ink in, the printer should have asked you to calibrate or align the cartridge. It should be working after that.
