Ink cartridge…dell series 7…can i use another brand?

We used to have a Canon all in one printer and would use the Staples brand cartridge. But know we have a Dell 968 all in one and it takes a Dell series 7 cartridge. Are there any other cartridges that I can get instead of the expensive Dell one?
