cleaning ink jets on printer
My HP O’jet Pro 8500 WiFi ‘checks’ itself and cleans the printheads every time I turn it on. Is this a fault?

Every time I turn it on it always take two or three minutes to ‘check itself’ soon after I turn it on it says ‘Checking device – this might take a few minutes. Do not unplug the printer or open any parts’ etc. It then cleans the printheads, which is completely uneccessary and an utter waste of ink as the levels just plummet the more I turn the printer on! Does this happen for all printers of the same type or is there a problem with my Officejet? This checking process drives me nuts as it wastes my time as well as money on ink!

There’s also a rather high pitched hissing sound from the printer whenever it is on or in sleep mode. It seems to be coming from around the circuitry on the front right corner of the printer – not a very pleasant sound – like a gas leak or something.

Please help or let me know if you have these issues with your officejet pro 8500!

I got the same printer OK look when you uninstall any software that come with the HP printer it start messing with your printer network what you want to do Its to uninstall all printer software and and installed again now if your problem its not result its your printer that have a problem…Good Luck
