What printer has cheapest ink cartridges?

What good priced ink jet printers have ink cartridges that can be purchased at a good price. Most ink cartridges are around 20 to 25 dollars and I wanted to find printer with cheaper ink cartridge prices.

I’d recommend the Epson and Canon printers – those tend to use cheaper ink than the HPs.
