URGENT!! Samsung toner refilling issue?

I am planning to buy a printer Samsung ML1666. Please let me know if the toner can be refilled easily?
I heard that some chip has to be reset for refill ?
Is it true, what would be the total cost incurred for every refill?
I want a cheap and economical printer for printing around 50-70 pages per month.
should i look for any other alternative?
I know original tonner is better.
but it is costing almost as much as printer itself.
I don’t mind about quality a much,all prints are for reference purpose or some tickets.
so i should be able to refill toner

The refilling is done by injecting ink back into the cartridge through the spray nozzle used for printing.
Dont know about any chip reset though…

Although i ve refilled a HP cartridge once from a store , there is a quality difference for worse sure enough… the price is much less than the original from HP though…

U could think of Laser Mono (black & white) Printers if u r if u r printing documents that need quality..
of course original cartridges will provide the best quality…
