Canon Ink Cartridges Stores
Nov/100

My Canon Pixma printer keeps giving me an error message stating that my ink tanks are not inserted correctl?
I went to cartridge world yesterday to get the magenta tank refilled but the guy at the shop had one that he’d refilled earlier which was the same type as the one I took in so I took that one and thought nothing of it. Last night I printed a document and it came out fine but I tried to print a photo a few minutes ago and I got a message saying “Ink tank errors have occurred, open the printer’s cover and replace the ink tanks on which the lamps are off” but on doing this I found that all the lights were on including the magenta. I have only had this printer since March this year and I’ve never had a problem with it.
Should I take a print screen of the error messages and show them to sales assistant (I can print them off at uni in the morning) or will I have to take the printer in to prove that it doesn’t work, the store is not far from where I live and the printer doesn’t weigh much.
It’s the iP3300 model
Just take the cartridge and the error message, that should suffice
