Obama proudly proclaimed it’s Napalitano’s idea to “buy in Bulk” to save $54 Mil. over 5 years. Bit behind?
Seems our Government never heard of Costco, Staples, Sam’s Club. Guess they didn’t know they could negotiate a DISCOUNT when buying 10 or 12 million reams of copy paper … hmmmm!
What have they been doing, sending a guy down to the store to buy one ink cartridge every time they’ve needed one? (WTF?)
Is this proof our Government is a bit behind? A bit out of touch?
Yes, it certainly proves that ALL past Administrations were behind the times. Isn’t it refreshing that we have someone there now who can fix those things!? 8^)
